Dear OP. It should be pointed out that it it is forbidden to overfly Paris itself. Certain flights approaching from the Southwest May fly over the Petite Couronne as the French call it which is essentially outside the Boulevard Périphérique Since these overfly the 92 and the even worse 93 at 13,000 ft approx. How could they not with Le Bourget still operating?
Apart from Mr Telescopic Lens, there is no way that you will be afforded much in the way of a view of the Ciy of Light. Most of my approaches seem to start out north of La Ferté-sous-Jouarre and then Meaux.
