I've sent compliments before, but usually, I just get a nice email from a DL spokesperson.

It was on a flight from LGB to SLC on an e175 in early March. An older woman maybe 90 who appeared unfamiliar with flying was sitting in 1A and obviously very nervous. The attendant not only provided everyone in FC great service but what really stood out was how he knelt by her talking with and calming her throughout the 1.5 hr flight.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I've read your email and wanted to thank you so much for this compliment of our Flight Attendant . It's not every day I have an opportunity to read a compliment like this about a Flight Attendant, so when I do, it brings a smile to my face.

It's great to hear flight attendant was able to provide exceptional service to the passengers in first class especially the elderly lady in the first row. Knowing he exemplified professionalism and courtesy when helping you is great! We will be recognizing Cameron and uplifting him among his peers so they can see what an excellent job he has done by going above and beyond. He truly is the Delta difference.
