Has anyone else had difficulty modifying existing reservations on the website? One of my coworkers hasn't been able to do it for over a month now. I reached out to the Lurkers who were friendly, but referred me to Marriott IT...who just told me to call the 800#.

That's some Grade A horse manure there! I've managed to keep my office up and running
during and after multiple Cat 3 & Cat 4 hurricanes over the years, despite the entire area around me being dead in the water. It takes planning, but can be done. I'm sure single line items of Marriott's IT budget are orders of magnitude larger than my company's entire revenue.
