well it’s even better news - since you are arriving in F you would have access to the F lounges in T3 prior to departure for your flight to NAP. So that means CX F and BA F lounge. The QF lounge is just one lounge for F and J. AA does have a separate F and J lounge, but both are closed atm. Keep hold of your F inbound boarding pass as you will need to show it at the lounge reception with your boarding pass to NAP.
The lounges are all close to each other so no reason you can’t try them all.
