So talking to the British airways rep at Otopeni Bucharest (subcontracted to Menzies) - she mentioned that BA have decided not to renew with the MasterCard lounge due to extortionate price hikes (for a very average experience I may add). I think she accidentally Overshared the price has effectively doubled from €12k p/m to €24k p/m

Real shame as the lounge was the only quiet place away from the chaos
