Mileage plan told me they never give EQM away and only gave EQM for flights cancelled from march through april 7th? Is there any truth to this because what I'm seeing in this thread is very different from what I'm told. For what it's worth I was given 10k rdm for a last minute cancelled flight. I was offered $250 credit OR 10k RDM but only because I had to spend overnight due to the cancelation. They cancelled my flight with less than 12 hours notice, rebooked me on a flight that had a 14 hour layover overnight (I was originally on a direct) and then when I called they moved me to the next available direct which was 24 hours later.
