There is no dedicated PreCheck line at the International Terminal since COVID. Per an airport agent on Monday, it comes back on 8 May. So, theoretically, Precheck could be open depending on your timing.

You can check here: https://www.tsa.gov/precheck/schedule although I'm not sure how accurate this truly is.

If the dedicated PreCheck line is not open, they will give you the card per Zorak. flyerCO, they did this for me on Monday.
