I've had six transatlantic segments in the past two months. A few observations:
I miss the pre-departure drinks, and the warm nuts.
I also miss being greeted by name when my meal order is taken, and being recognized as a top-tier flyer (which only happened once).
Order-taking priority was respected on all segments but one.
Twice one of the wines I wanted "had not been loaded". How can that happen when the menu only lists two options for white?
First choice for meal was always available, even the one time I sat in PY.
The pre-landing hot snack chicken and red pepper pastry-wrapped thing served in PY is disgusting. (Sat in PY b/c I'm running out of eUps.)
