Is there an escalation email for Amex? Horrible experience with them
I had Amex deduct the same bill amount of 6k on the same day. No big deal, I called and asked them to return one amount.
a week later they returned BOTH amounts and one was for 300 less. 11,700 was refunded, no clue why.
I called in 3 times and got either disconnected after an hour or hung up on. It seems no one can say why it’s short 300 bucks. I don’t have the time or energy and want to email someone higher up there.
I opened 3 cards with them this year and will be going back to Chase. This maybe the worst customer service period. No one should have to hold for 3+ hours for a simple payment.
