Situation: there are award seats (X fare) available on UA's flight - it is visible on UA's site. THe same flight/route is available on TK's 'book star alliance flight' page.

I go all the way in to select passenger, enter credit card info and after clicking yes/book, I am first getting a message on my phone that my card is charged, then a notification on the page that card is charged but the flight can't be ticketed and the charge will be refunded back.

It is happening not just with one flight, but on multiple, on different routes.

Have you seen above, what causes this and is calling and ticketing via phone call is the only option?
