Location: EMA (how boring) but BHX is more convenient.

I've noted a number of countries that used to have free VOA now charge for them. I paid £29 in Bali a few weeks ago. Iraqi Kurdistan had free VOA when I went there in late 2019, but now they charge for the VOA and it's even more expensive than Bali.
