I'm not sure, but I would imagine if you go through the domestic side of the airport and use CLEAR, you could then take the skytrain to F (and your International departure may go out of E as well).
Ah, I was afraid of that. If I'm checking bags with LH, then essentially, I'd need to go to International Terminal, hop Skytrain to Domestic Gate, clear that side, and then do the connection tunnels between terminals? That's a big ole loop.
