Depending on the airline and class of service, you MAY be able to use an ExpertFlyer flight availability alert to notify you automatically for a specific flight. It is a subscription service. I THINK it will work for DL flights in "O" inventory for "Business - Saver Level 1/Partner Award" which is what I think you would need here.
