I stayed at the 101 Hotel on points and had to follow up with Marriott to get the nights credit. I also stayed at the ION Adventure hotel and had to follow up for points and nights. Both were eventually credited, but I had to track them down. To be honest, I read the reviews here on Flyertalk for one of the hotels and people mentioned they routinely do not credit. Beautiful hotels with great service otherwise.
