If the airport is quiet, it will be the T1 Escape Lounge, but if there are a lot of flights operating, they have started opening the T3 Escape Lounge.
T3 is fully reopened so it will definitely be the T3 lounge. T1, and therefore the T1 lounges, is no longer accessible to BA passengers. All BA flights now depart from, and arrive at, T3.
