When I try going to the website, I cannot even make it past the 'Manage Booking' as the following error appears "We cannot process your request right now. Please try again later, or get in touch with your local Singapore Airlines office." I have tried different browsers and clearing cookies to no avail. The SQ app will at least pull up my record and allow me to view the menus for my flight, but no luck with actually selecting the option.

Given the rather painful wait times for SQ help, I wanted to try here before draining my mobile phone battery on hold!
When is your flight? I believe BTC only allows up to 7 days for now.
