If Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, I've had some decent luck after filing a complaint on ETC. I think it's usually $150-200, but I've gotten $350 when IFE was also down. .
Is this in the last 2-3 years? UA has significantly reduced comp for those issues versus 5-6 years back.
