I have been given $200 for similar delay times/reason by DL in the past but never had to wait over a month to speak with a person........different times so I'll just let it ride out and see what happens, thanks
Once I complained about being delayed 4 hours and missing a tax and they replied the next day as well twice, owith the same canned responce but in one was 20,000 miles the other 13,000.
