Are there domestic polaris saver awards anymore?

When flying transcon, I'm willing to connect in EWR to be in Polaris from LAX. I keep reading about sweet spot redemptions like using 25K Lifemiles to fly this route.
Does there have to be saver (IN) availability in order to get a cheap redemption like that? Does United even offer it anymore after the dynamic award pricing went into effect? Looking at a flexible calendar I can only find the cheapest at 60K United miles, which is a JN award fare.

Is this sweet spot redemption dead?? Is 60K United miles the new best deal?
