Flying Austrian Air and it say it gives one checked suitcase and one carry on with limitation of 18 lb on the carry on. Am I also allowed to take a small backback as my personal item (will easily fit under seat) ? Couldn't really find anywhere on the site which addresses that and didn't want to assume that it is allowed. Also-- how strict are they on the 18 pounds--my duffel bag may be a pound or two over. thanks!
