I must have the worse luck in the world. I signed up for a monthly global wifi subscription on my day of departure to SIN. As soon as I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant about wifi and he told me it was not working on the flight. The FA advised me to contact UA for compensation. Returning home on UA 2, the same thing! Only this time, the FA went on the PA to announce that wifi isn't working and to contact UA for compensation. This is terrible as I went through almost 30 hours of flight with no internet connectivity. Do you guys think UA will be generous with the compensation?
