Thought I should post this here also, since it occurred at wm. Tried to use an Incomm Vanilla from cvs that says 'FastCard by Incomm' on the back of the package @ wm, and got 'Tender Not Allowed'. Tried at two different wms.
UPDATE:
It doesn't say it on the back of the package, but on the back of the CARD it states "issued by Bancorp". That's why it didn't work.
