She said it's 18 hours not 24 hours for max connection time. Mine is 18 hours and 25 minutes (not by choice, that's just the next operating flight)
As far as I can tell BA does not publish a DBV-BLQ fare. So even if an agent was able to piece it together manually it will most likely get kicked out at ticketing (or priced as 2 separate awards as it seems the case here).
I doubt you'll be able to get this one to stick unfortunately.
