I noticed, when browsing restaurants in Stresa on TA that four different establishments had a review, dated within the same two months, that purported to be from a different reviewer with the designation "guide". Each review used similar language and descriptions (of different restaurants) and gave a very high rating. Seemed a bit fishy to me.
