Would be interested to know this. When I had Social media it always surprised me to see BA Cabin Crew openly posting photo's that have been taken whilst on the job. I haven't worked in the service industry for many years now, but back when I did pretty much every job I had it was a pretty firm 'No Phones, No pictures in Uniform.. etc'.

If it doesn't effect the service delivery and safety then I cannot see any harm in it, however if I was BA I would be cautious. From your experience, this sounds like something that would have frustrated me slightly, however i'm sure it frustrated her colleagues even more so.
