If you can't travel due to entry restrictions, or if there is a cancellation or schedule change, you can make one change free of charge, or cancel free of charge. Any fare difference will be applicable though.

The travel agent may have restrictions beyond the rules of JAL, and TA bookings have to be changed/cancelled through the TA.
