I would not expect a satisfactory resolution. I stayed at a Hilton Resort, paid with the Aspire and did not receive the Resort credit nor the 14x points. No amount of talking, chatting or physical letter writing to customer service seemed to help. I eventually received the resort credit, but not the 14X points (for an expensive stay). They kept making up nonsense excuses. Their customer service can be terrible,
