Got this offer

Get a one-time $50 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $250 in one or more purchases online at off---white.com/en-us by 6/19/2022. See terms.

However, the transcation appears as follow: OFF-WHITE LONDON GB.

FOUR different representatives insisted that this transcation is illegible for this offer beacuse the charge was from merchant's UK not US site, even I have proof that I made the purchase through off---white.com/en-us

First time encouter this out of countless offers redeemed. I mean we don't have control how a merchant processes the charge right?

Since phone representives are too noob to handle this. What I can do to escalate? Corporate number?
