Hi, where is the update to this? I’ve been going on almost 72 hours waiting for my friend to transfer her points to me. She even got a confirmation email saying the transfer is processing right when she sent them but they have not been debited from her account or sent to me. This is ridiculous that it takes this long for supposedly an automated transfer especially as a Diamond Member. She has sent me points before and it’s usually instant.
