This is different on my account. When I start to make a rez I have only 1 box and it says: "Use Points/Awards". It is always "white" and waiting for me to check it or not.
To clarify - I use desktop almost all the time unless I am not at home because for all the previous horror stories on using the App (like cancellations not really reaching the properties even though the App clearly showed cancellation...)
On the website I have never only seen one single box whenever I have certs in the account. But that is up to a week ago. I have not tried the new website now the top up option is alive.
