So to answer my own question.

Went today Bank Holiday Monday at 12.

Plaza Premium took my Amex and was quite nice. Went to No1 for a drink (not accepting Priority Pass but I paid for the guaranteed space) and it was an absolute zoo. Downed my beer and headed back upstairs. Great views of the EK380.
