Previously this year the RBC Westjet Mastercard status lift showed 3 circles with your progress to earning $500 towards status for every 15,000 spent on the credit card when you log into Westjet.com and look at your transactions. It now displays "Congratulations! You've earned all three Status Lifts for the qualifying year." However I believe I should have only earned 1 $500 lift as I have not spent $45,000 yet. Under the "TIER QUALIFYING SPEND" at Westjet.com it has flights, but also a line for status lift which still says $0.

Anyone else having no status lift showing when it should?

Also do I contact RBC or Westjet to have this fixed. Hold time on either customer service is probably bad so I thought I would ask here before I look at trying to get this fixed.
