I guess the latest big project that I’ve seen was the bus terminal / Newoman complex over on Southern Terrace side which I had mixed feelings about, but I haven’t been to Jpn in over 2years now.
There's lots of outdoor seating in the Southern Terrace, and lots of young people hang out there later in the evening. Kind of a nice laid back vibe. Not too commercial and not too seedy.
