Hyatt finally issued a new Caption update now that the inaugural property in Memphis is opening this summer; portfolio is up to five signed hotels between now and 2025:
  • Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis (summer 2022)
  • Caption by Hyatt Shanghai Zhongshan Park (opening early 2023)
  • Caption by Hyatt Namba Osaka (opening 2024)
  • Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo (opening 2025)
  • Caption by Hyatt Ba Son Saigon (opening 2025)
Looks like we're Asia-centric. I'm curious as to why there aren't more planned for the US, I'd imagine it wouldn't be hard to pitch a branded hotel with a small footprint and minimal facilities to more developers.
