Just got through to Virgin. You are correct. The balance is LOST! I would have expected at least a credit for your next flight. Didn’t expect a money refund but that is very sneaky. They say it’s in their T and C’s. Have they looked at their pages and pages on their website. It’s so complex I suspect not even they understand what is what!
