Earlier today, I tried to load my Singapore transit card with my US credit cards. They were all declined. I called Chase just in case there was a problem and the rep said she saw no attempt of using my Chase Sapphire Reserve! I told her that wasn't true. She also said my account is perfectly fine. This is starting to remind me of a problem I had with using my credit cards in Malaysia a few years ago. Has anyone else here experienced this and has solutions in mind?
