Any big difference between 'Long Term Stay' or non-long term (i.e. room location, housekeeping,,....etc)?
Thanks!
No difference except for housekeeping is three times a week versus daily cleaning for regular stay.

In late-March of this year, once again booked at 14-day stay as we decided to do some renovations on the home. Only upgraded to Harbour View Room. The Deluxe were not available, but I have heard that the hotel has been more stingy with upgrades this past year. No housekeeping was offered. Any amenities only delivered to door (outside) in a laundry bag. Lounge was closed, and a section in the Farm House (or Farm House Deli?) was cordoned off. Cannot say anything about it since I did not go once during my stay.

But, I think the hotel is back to offering daily housekeeping now.
Everything is back to normal except for the swimming pool is still closed.
