Doesn't seem to be a thread for this hotel so while I am waiting for the safe to be opened from the previous guest, here goes.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the airport along pavements / sidewalks, depending on which terminal you're using. It's definitely an airport hotel, in that it has been dropped close to the airport with very little else around it - but it's easily accessible which is an important feature.

No online checkin option on the app, but the reception were friendly when I arrived and were able to give me a room maybe 30 minutes earlier than I should have been able to check in. I can't tell whether I have been upgraded as a Diamond or not as the room type in my app hasn't changed - I think I may have done however as I have a sofa bed in my room which doesn't appear to be available in a standard King room. There are no real premium rooms at this hotel anyway so it's no loss.

The rooms are modern, with 2-pin European and USB plug sockets both by the desk and by both sides of the bed. There's a desk and a kettle with coffee and tea, an ironing board, a fridge (empty!), a large modern TV and wooden floors.

The windows are well double glazed, and apparently can be opened but mine are locked - not that I needed to open them.

So, it's relatively basic but modern and clean - for me that's OK and is what I need.
