I remembered why I didn't flag my reservation for mobility issues. Each of the multiple times I have gone onto the British Airways website and click mobility / disability services I get a message that the site is having technical difficulties. And I called the number that Furby listed and did get through but then got cut off once after 13 minutes and the other time immediately. I've also gotten cut off a few times from the regular number, if it hadn't already told me to call back later as it did several other times. I will try corporate-wage-slave's idea of Twitter and calling the dedicated disability services number.
