If BA cancelled then you can simply have a full refund and the companion voucher will be returned to your account. Otherwise you can get a rebooking, full details in the COVID irrops/rebook thread and wiki. If you do want a refund then there should be a form for that within MMB. If it's aredemption there is no longer the option to get a new FTV anyway.
