Revenue flights on the app show 20th but don't show ba flights past 19th, for example HND, and Avios flights say that I can only book up to 355 days and is only showing 19th as the latest date.
Your calculations are correct. After 0100 London 0000 UTC the relevant date has become 1 May.

31+30+31+31+30+31+30+31+31+28+31 = 355 (up to and including 31 March).

Therefore BA should be selling 20 days of April.

And that is exactly what you can currently book - up to and including 20 April.
