We have changed over to the new Regency SOMA after one night and don’t regret it at all. Got upgraded to corner suite and late check-out at 5pm confirmed. Hard product is so much better than the Grand and Gym is very nice. Can only recommend to book the Regency SOMA from
now on even if Restaurant and Club will take a while
to open up…
Oof, yeah. I think -12 is the worst because it’s right next to the “supply closet” that’s actually the elevator service door. Management actually knows not to assign Globalists to the rooms right behind the elevators and I think has that as a policy. Hence why I got the apology and the $50 drink certificate when the trainee made that mistake! They must’ve messed up with your reservation as well.
