At the end of 2010 I flew OS and the J experience was very good. Narrow body but large comfy seats and great service. Early in 2011 the same route had intra-Europe J style seating but again excellent service. A couple of weeks later they replaced the reasonably comfortable J seat with something very thin, hard and plastic with little leg room. Service also at intra-Europe slop it on a plastic tray level with tiny screw top wine.

This was an intercontinental flight.

I have never flown OS again and never will; a strange airline flying Yaks into a central Asian airport is a far, far better experience.
