Have you recently inquired if there's any availability for an upgrade? My stay is mid-May and they only had one Deluxe OWB available at the time. You may want to inquire to see if it is even an option. Alternatively you can do a search on the Hilton site and check your stay dates to see what room types come up. Odds are good whatever shows up there is what is available.
That is the same email I contacted to get my room upgrade back in March. The person I was working with was named Marilyn. Her email was in her signature, you could maybe try contacting her directly as she's a reservations coordinator.

Thanks for the contact! I ended up reaching out to her as well as the contact email from their main page. I checked the dates for my stay and the deluxe OWB was only available for part of my reservation. I called the hotel and they told me only 3/7 nights had availability for OWBs but she recommended me to wait until check in to see if anything changes. That was yesterday morning. I checked my Hilton app today and lo and behold we were upgraded to a King Overwater Villa. I'm not sure if being a repeat guest helped or not. My guess is they upgraded someone from a OWB to a pool OWB and we ended up with the OWB. Thanks Hilton

I'll give an update once I'm there and see what the occupancy is.
