Those seats may not even be available for sale. That specific screen only shows the number of unassigned seats. It’s less common for first class to have unassigned but sold seats, but it definitely happens frequently with Comfort+ because of the 2 blocked seats in the front row. They will count as “available” even if C+ is sold out.
