We were in one of the -12 room at the Grand and it was crazy loud. According to the front desk it’s (even) more noisy than usual as they need maintenance.

We have changed over to the new Regency SOMA after one night and don’t regret it at all. Got upgraded to corner suite and late check-out at 5pm confirmed. Hard product is so much better than the Grand and Gym is very nice. Can only recommend to book the Regency SOMA from
now on even if Restaurant and Club will take a while
to open up…
