I'd take the 9PM. You would get more time at the Conrad.

There isn't a "last seaplane" per se because there is no scheduled service. TMA (the transfer airline) changes the schedule every day to accommodate passenger demand. Historically, they don't fly after sunset, but it seems like they've reduced their hours a bit over the past two years.

Weather is always a wildcard, though. If you have a 9PM flight, but there are storms predicted that afternoon/evening, you might find yourself getting sent over to the airport at noon. Or, if everything goes well, and TMA's schedule lines up with yours, you might get to hang out at the resort until 5PM. No way to know. I've been transferred to the airport at 2PM for an 8PM flight (just as one example). If I ever ended up with a super-long wait at the airport, I think I'd probably get a day room over at Hulhule Island Hotel on the airport island.

If they need your room for another guest, you'll still be able to hang out on the resort island and eat, go swimming, whatever. You would just have to vacate the room and leave your luggage with your island host.
