Did 4 nights here and then 6 at the HR Embarcadero. Would not bother booking the Grand Hyatt again.

As the poster above noted - it’s really noisy. No idea if it’s wind or the elevators, but I had to wear earplugs to sleep on the top floor of the hotel.

I may have got unlucky but I found the staff at reception here cold, unfriendly and borderline rude. Embarcadero was night and day. Friendly, smiling, welcoming, warm and helpful.

As for the club being open. So what? They serve carrot sticks and chips in the evening and a couple of greasy egg dishes in the morning. Again compare to Embarcadero which has eggs cooked to order and a full warm breakfast buffet available. No evening “honour bar” but I survived without it.
