You can call the ulti line any time, but tomorrow it's Sunday so you'll be directed to the platinum line or, if they're busy, to the regular reservations department but first in line.
I've addressed my ulti membership last week during the crazy lines in the Skypriority area and the reply was: there's nothing we can do.
