The F&B credit often doesn't cover the cost of breakfast. While I appreciate the flexibility of the F&B credit, if it doesn't cover the previously covered breakfast, it means it was a degradation of benefits.

As a leisure traveler, the rest of the program works well for me. I enjoy the ability to accumulate points and turn those into free stays. But I agree that some of the points redemptions are ridiculous. I saw one where it was 50K points for a queen bed, or 155K points for a king bed. Even though there was a $5 price difference per night between the two. That makes no sense.
